Named to the list from Cape Girardeau are Travis Mitchell Austin, Matthew Edward Hoffman, Julie Suzanne Logan, Brian Randal Reeves, Amy Christina Ringwald and Keith Ames Russell II.

To be eligible, students must earn at least 12 undergraduate semester hours of credit with a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
