Schreiner - 50 Years

Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Schreiner of Jackson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with family and friends.

Eddie and Carolyn were married Jan. 11, 1964, at New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson, by the Rev. John Glassey.

The couple has two sons, the Rev. Mike (Dede) Schreiner of Lake St. Louis, Mo., and Rob (Dr. Becky) Schreiner of Wildwood, Mo. They have four grandsons, Justin, Derek and Samuel Schreiner, and Dr. Jay Ruark; and a great-grandson, Payton Ruark.

Eddie worked 35 years at Sears, retiring 15 years ago. Carolyn worked 27 years at Anderson-Clark, and most recently at Missouri Veterans Home. They enjoy traveling and volunteering at the veterans home.

A cruise is planned through the Panama Canal.
