Revelles celebrate 50 years

Don and Jo Revelle of Wesley Chapel, Fla., formerly of Cape Girardeau, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

Hosts were their children, Douglas and David Revelle of Anacortes, Wash., Daniel Revelle of Baltimore, Md., and Dianne Revelle of Richmond, Va.

Revelle and Jo Marilyn White were married Aug. 1, 1954, at Centenary United Methodist Church, by the late Rev. R.C. Holliday.

Their attendants were Anita White Schulte, Margret Cleland Rasche, Martha Medcalf, Harold Stratton, Dan McLean and Melvin Busche.

The couple has four grandchildren, Marissa Revelle, Lucas and Amy Revelle, and Carter Wade.
