Peters married 40 years

GORDONVILLE, Mo. -- Herman and Cordelia Peters of Gordonville celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a luncheon and reception April 27, 2002.

The event was held at Circle S Saddle Co. Reception Hall, and hosted by their children and families.

Peters and Cordelia Schrock were married April 28, 1962, at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau, by Msgr. Leo Kampmann.

Mr. and Mrs. Peters own and operate Peters Heating and Air Conditioning, which was established in 1968.

Their children and spouses and grandchildren are: Christy and Keith Kosharek of Bloomington, Ill.; John and Jill Peters, Renee and Stephen; Gary and Becky Peters, Audrey and Collin, all of Cape Girardeau.
