Justice of the Peace Orren Wilson was slugged in the head last night in the Hartle restaurant in the rear of the Edward Frenzel saloon, corner of Good Hope and Sprigg streets; Wilson didn't see the man who hit him, but several witnesses identified the miscreant; his arrest is expected in the next few days.
The closing exercises of St. Vincent's parochial school for boys are attended by a good crowd, in spite of the inclement weather; eighth-grade graduates are Fred Behrens and Fred Kage; the school is conducted by the Sisters of Loretto.
