Fisher of Boston, Mass., executive secretary for New England Zionist region.
Forecasters are predicting ideal weather conditions for annual Cape Girardeau County Fair, which starts tomorrow at Fairground Park; one of outstanding attractions at fair this year will be J.B. Strayer Amusement Co., which will offer rides and side shows.
