Water hauling at Jackson has nearly tripled in one-month period ending July 15, as compared to May 15 to June 15 report; between mid-June and July 15, 308,000 gallons of water were taken from Jackson municipal power plant by haulers, while only 116,100 gallons were hauled during previous month.
