Paving of Highway 61 west of Cape Girardeau from Williams Creek to West Broadway extension is completed shortly before noon by Rouse Construction Co.; operations are suspended as concrete roadway approaches construction company's camp and preparations are immediately begun to move equipment to west approach of viaduct over Frisco railroad south of city.
Delegation of Good Hope Street businessmen appeared before city council yesterday asking for installation of traffic signal light at intersection of Good Hope and Sprigg streets.
