The U.S. Justice Department is investigating Multi-List Service of Cape Girardeau Inc., in connection with restraint of trade allegations involving "possible exclusion of competitors" from the local real estate market.
A new mausoleum, designed for 300 crypt burials and 120 cremation inurements, was dedicated at Cape Girardeau Memorial Park yesterday.
