Caisson to be used in installation of pier No. 3 of Cape Girardeau traffic bridge across Mississippi River arrives at noon on barge from St. Louis, and it is tied up at foot of Morgan Oak Street; workers will start next week preparing frame and concrete work around it, before it is taken out in river to pier site.
