Southeast Missouri State University officials and friends of Marvin Rosengarten gathered yesterday at the Show Me Center to honor Rosengarten, as he retires as the university's athletic director; Rosengarten held that job for 10 years, during which time athletic fundraising jumped from $32,000 in 1979 to over $385,000 in 1988.
