The Rev. Thomas C. Shoger is ordained and installed as the organizing pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in a service held in the evening in the auditorium of St. Vincent's College; Shoger was called as an evangelist by his denomination, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, and began his duties here Jan. 8.
