Ladreiters wed 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Ladreiter of Jackson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception Dec. 15, 2002, in the fellowship hall at New McKendree United Methodist Church.

Hosts were their children and spouses, Carole and Robert Baugh, Martha and Kenneth Austin, and Rob and David Ladreiter, all of Jackson.

Servers were their daughters; Pam Ladreiter, sister-in-law of the couple; Dreda McElrath and Pam Friedrich.

Ladreiter's mother, Mrs. Vernon Ladreiter, sang and Brock Austin played the piano. Maggie Baugh attended the guest book.

Ladreiter and Nancy Ware were married Dec. 19, 1952, at New McKendree Church. Their attendants were Jim and Nancy Vickrey Kinder of St. Louis.

He is the son of Mrs. Ladreiter and the late Mr. Ladreiter. Nancy is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. McDavid Ware.

The couple has five grandchildren, Gabe and Maggie Baugh, Alex and Brock Austin, all of Jackson, and Sarah Ladreiter of Jacksonville, Fla.
