Fowler - 50 Years

Mr. and Mrs. Don Fowler of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house and reception July 5, 2009, at Lynwood Baptist Church. Hosts were their children and grandchildren.

Fowler and Gloria Ballard were married July 3, 1959, in Paducah, Ky., by the Rev. E.R. Ldad. Their attendants were Linda Jarvis and Jackie Fowler.

The couple has two children, Mark (Ann) Fowler of St. Louis and Marty (Linda) Fowler of Cape Girardeau. They have five grandchildren, Katie, Casey and Ben Fowler of St. Louis, and Corey and Hayden Fowler of Cape Girardeau.
