The couple was married Jan. 28, 1967, at Bethlehem General Baptist Church in Crump.

They have two daughters, Clarissa (Steve) Rodgers and Stacey (Joe) Singleton of Whitewater. They have three grandchildren, Cole Alston Rodgers, Gunnar Michael and Remi Dawn Bollinger of Whitewater.
