Mr. and Mrs. Art Bodenstein of Gordonville recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a meal and reception hosted by their children at the home of John and Jill Peters.

Bodenstein and Ann Buchheit were married Sept. 2, 1967, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, Mo.

Their children and spouses are Jill (John) Peters, Jan Bradshaw, and Wayne (Tina) Bodenstein.

They have five grandchildren, Mary Ann and Katie Bradshaw, Renee and Steven Peters, and Austin Bodenstein.
