Mrs. Strohmeyer is the former Heather Pikey, daughter of Misti and John Harrison of Scott City and Brent and Robin Foster of Benton, Ill. She is employed at J.C. Penney Optical. Strohmeyer is the son of Christina and Dave Messamore of Anna, Ill., and Daniel and Theresa Strohmeyer of St. Louis. He is employed at BG's Olde Tyme Deli.

Mrs. Bertrand is the former Elizabeth Tucker, daughter of Gregory and Anita Tucker of Ste. Genevieve, Mo. She is an elementary teacher with Oak Ridge Schools. Bertrand is the son of Charles and Lisa Bertrand of Cape Girardeau, and the late Jean Bertrand of Scott City. He is a crisis supervisor with the Community Counseling Center.
