First child. Ms. Schaefer is the daughter of Ken and Kate Schaefer of Cape Girardeau. Maxwell is the son of Marvin and Sue Maxwell of Cerulean, Ky. He is a television production coordinator at Hopkinsville Community College.

Daughter to William Eric and Nicole Irene Kinder Sr. of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 3:07 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007. Name, Alleigh Denise. Weight, 6 pounds, 1 ounce. Third child, first daughter. Mrs. Kinder is the former Nicole Schrum, daughter of Kathleen Schrum of Delta, Mo., and the late Ron Schrum Sr. Kinder is the son of Rose Kinder of Chaffee, Mo., and the late Max Kinder. He is employed at RV America.

Hellmann

Daughter to Morgan Erik Hellmann and Lindsey Rene Jones of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 4:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007. Name, Mayven Elise. Weight, 6 pounds, 1 ounce. First child. Ms. Jones is the daughter of Gloria Farr of Jackson and Jerry Jones of Brighton, Colo. Hellmann is the son of Linda Hellmann of St. Louis, and the late Marvin Hellmann.

Strohmeyer

Mrs. Strohmeyer is the former Kayce Mertens, daughter of John and Pat Mertens of Ironton, Mo. She is an optometrist with Brost and Associates Family Eye Care. Strohmeyer is the son of Gerry and Joan Strohmeyer of Cape Girardeau. He is a teacher at Notre Dame Regional High School.

Gage is the son of Orvellene Gage of Charleston, Mo., and the late Dale Gage. He is employed at Procter & Gamble.
