Second child, first son. Ms. Freeman is the daughter of Richard and Betty Freeman and Deborah Freeman of Scott City. She is employed at Alternative Opportunities Inc. Riegert is the son of Debra Riegert of Scott City and Mike Riegert of Millington, Tenn.

Britt

Daughter to Matthew and Katherine Britt of Fayetteville, N.C., Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, 10:48 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009. Name, Riley Morgan. Weight, 9 pounds, 2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Britt is the former Katherine Wilson, daughter of Stephen C. Wilson and Jean Wilson of Cape Girardeau. Britt is the son of James O. Britt Jr. and Carolyn Britt of Jackson. He is serving in the U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville.
