Third child, second daughter. Mrs. Armstrong is the former Erin Sitz, daughter of Donnie and Marla Sitz of Zalma, Missouri. She is a teacher at Puxico Elementary School. Armstrong is the son of Dean Armstrong Sr., of Wappapello, Missouri, and the late Lola Armstrong. He is a self-employed dump truck driver.

Maurer is the daughter of Patricia Maurer of Lodi, Ohio. She is a department manager at Wal-Mart in Jackson.
