Third child, first daughter. Ms. Siemer is the daughter of John and Irmgard Siemer of Jackson. She is a physician at Jackson Primary Care. Welker is the son of Dee and Vicki Welker of Jackson and Bonnie and Larry Wiseman of Waterloo, Ill. He is employed in contract sales at Siemer's Best Brands Plus.

Naeger

Daughter to Sean and Senior Airman 1st Class Bobbi Naeger of Alamogordo, N.M., Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center there, 3:23 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2005. Name, Ashley Nichole. Weight, 6 pounds, 11 ounces. First child. Mrs. Naeger is the former Bobbi Holmes, daughter of Bill and Mary Holmes of Cape Girardeau. She is stationed with the U.S. Air Force in Alamogordo. Naeger is the son of Richard and Pat Naeger of Ste. Genevieve, Mo. He is assistant manager at Wal-Mart in Alamogordo.
