Third child, second son. Mrs. Simmons is the former Brandy Lindberg, daughter of John and Debra Lindberg of Cape Girardeau. Simmons is the son of Michele and Wayne Williams of Toney, Alabama, and the late Jeffrey Simmons. He is an aircraft mechanic at Scott Air Force Base.
