Daughter to Kurt and Jessica Hicks of Fort Hood, Texas, formerly of Chaffee, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2006. Name, Pamela Reagan Elizabeth. Weight, 8 pounds, 13 ounces. Mrs. Hicks is the former Jessica Kelso, daughter of Robert and Pam Kelso of Fruitland. Hicks is the son of the late Sandra Tucker and Fred Hicks of Ava, Mo. He is serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq.
