Mrs. Horrell is the former Brandi Dannenmueller, daughter of Jerome and Martha Dannenmueller of Scott City. She is a medical transcriptionist at Cape Radiology Group. Horrell is the son of Nancy Horrell of Cape Girardeau, and the late Norman Horrell. He is recreation coordinator II with city of Cape Girardeau.
