Twin sons to Joshua Paul and Kelsey Louise Meyer of Perryville, Mo., Saint Francis Medical Center, Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Kale Joseph was born at 3:39 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 6 ounces. Kelby Paul was born at 3:53 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces. First children. Mrs. Meyer is the former Kelsey Amschler, daughter of Dennis and Brenda Amschler of Perryville. She is a hairstylist at The Fixx Salon and Spa. Meyer is the son of Mike Meyer and the late Barbara Meyer. He is a fabricator with Murray Enterprises.

Swartzell

Mrs. Swartzell is the former Kelsie Davis, daughter of Wendy Davis of Jacksonville, Fla. Swartzell is the son of Kathie Stroder and Wayne Stroder of Oak Ridge. He is a forklift operator at Advance Logistics.

Mrs. Beussink is the former Misty Dannenmueller, daughter of Jack and Juanita Dannenmueller of Scott City. Beussink is the son of the late Robert and Irma Beussink of Jackson. He is a TPS engineer at TG Missouri Corp.

Ms. Gibbar is the daughter of Raymond and Emy Gibbar of Jackson, and the late Connie Gibbar. She is a patient care technician at Perry County Dialysis Center. Meyer is the son of Mike and Marla Meyer of Perryville, and the late Barbara Naeger. He is a salesman, draft designer with Guyot Lumber.

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Tidwell is the former Jennifer Amelunke, daughter of Steve and Kim Amelunke of Whitewater. She is a 911 telecommunications officer with Cape County Sheriff's Department. Tidwell is the son of Eddie and Carla Hendricks of Advance, and Kerry and Rhonda Tidwell of Morley, Mo. He is a welder with Manac Trailers USA.
