Daughter to Mark Allen and Alicia Christine Decker of Delta, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 7:57 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2008. Name, Markayla Christine. Weight, 6 pounds, 2 ounces. Third daughter. Mrs. Decker is the former Alicia Stinnett, daughter of Ruby Collins of Delta. Decker is the son of Walter and Doris Decker of Chester, Ill. He is employed at Chester Mental Health, but is currently deployed to Iraq with the Air National Guard.

Vaughn

Daughter to David Wayne and Patricia Ann Vaughn of Advance, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 9:38 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2008. Name, Caitlyn Abbigayle. Weight, 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Fifth child, first daughter. Mrs. Vaughn is the former Patricia Brown, daughter of Dianna and Fred Caby of Brownwood, Mo. She is employed at Cape Girardeau Physician Associates. Vaughn is the son of Jerry and Devosha Vaughn of Dexter, Mo., and Norman and Linda Cloning of Advance. He is serving with the U.S. Army.

Poole is the son of Todd Poole and Laura Poole of Cape Girardeau. He is a print assistant at Nordenia USA.

Mrs. Dial is the former Erin McHugh, daughter of Patrick and Julia McHugh of Belleville, Ill. She is an attorney with the U.S. District Court. Dial is the son of Charles and Marlene Dial of Linn Creek, Mo., and John and Gerry Peters of Belleville. He is manager of Cape Girardeau Public Works Department.
