Son to Mark Edward and Jessica Sue Wyatt of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1:15 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2005. Name, Jackson Ramsey. Weight, 7 pounds. Third child, second son. Mrs. Wyatt is the former Jessica Ramsey, daughter of Susan Bush of Fort Worth, Texas, and the late Dr. Jesse Ramsey of Cape Girardeau. She is a senior training specialist at Alliance Blue Cross Blue Shield. Wyatt is the son of Dennis and Reba Meyer of Cape Girardeau and Sonny Wyatt of Findlay, Ohio. He is a police officer with Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Noel

Son to Brad E. and Jill S. Noel of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 12:07 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2005. Name, Jason Bradley. Weight, 7 pounds 14 ounces. Second child, first son. Mrs. Noel is the former Jill Gentry, daughter of Karen Gentry of Jackson, and the late James Gentry. She is a fourth grade teacher with Jackson School District at North Elementary. Noel is the son of Rebecca Noel and Leon Noel of Springfield, Mo. He is employed in water distribution with city of Jackson.

Nehrkorn

Son to Glen Allan and WaWanna Darlin Nehrkorn of Dexter, Mo., Saint Francis Medical Center, 12:11 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2005. Name, Chase Allan. Weight, 9 pounds 11 ounces. Mrs. Nehrkorn is the former WaWanna Bellis, daughter of Mickey Bellis of Jackson, and the late Ronald Bellis. She is a teacher with Poplar Bluff School District. Nehrkorn is the son of Raymond Nehrkorn and Melba Nehrkorn of Pinckneyville, Ill. He is a cook at Chateau Girardeau.

Fraser

Daughter to Lucas Shane and Dustin Renee Fraser of Scott City, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 8:11 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2005. Name, Bailey Ann. Weight, 6 pounds 13 ounces. Fourth daughter. Mrs. Fraser is the former Dustin Stiers, daughter of Sharon and Perry Zyduck of Scott City. Fraser is the son of John and Patty Fraser of Scott City. He is employed at Dyno Nobel Inc.

Mrs. Owens is the former Cinthia England, daughter of Sally and Gary Swinford of Advance, Mo. Owens is the son of Lawrence and Sharon Owens of Risco, Mo., and Dorothy Owens of Grand Rapids, Mich.
