Mrs. Naeter is the former Andlle Thomas, daughter of Bruce and Cheryl Thomas of Jackson and Donna Thomas of Nashville, Tenn. She is a teacher at Nell Holcomb School. Naeter is the son of Judi Naeter of Cape Girardeau and the late Robert Naeter of Franklin, Tenn. He is business manager at Youngblood's Capetown RV.

Simmons

Son to Chris and Jessica R. Simmons of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 6:25 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2008. Name, Luke Brayden. Weight, 9 pounds, 1 ounce. Second son. Mrs. Simmons is the former Jessica Koenig, daughter of Terry and Vickie Koenig of Jackson. She is a teacher at Scott City Elementary School. Simmons is the son of Sherrie Simmons and Rodney and Joni Simmons, all of Cape Girardeau. He is employed by Big River Telephone Co.

Byrd

Second child, first son. Ms. Byrd is the daughter of Danny and Deborah Byrd of Sedgewickville. She is employed by Jackson Police Department. Brown is the son of Diane Williams of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Johnnie Harris of Chicago.

Phelps is the daughter of Teresa Phelps and Maylon Phelps of Benton. She is a student. Crowden is the son of Todd Crowden of Chaffee, Mo., and Becky Burke of Delta. He is a student.
