Twin daughter and son to Dai and Betty Coomer, 412 Asher, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Saturday, Oct. 1, 1994. Jessica Jean Ann was born at 7:39 p.m. and weighed 2 pounds 3 ounces. Mitchell Conan was born at 7:42 p.m. and weighed 2 pounds 11 ounces. The couple also has four daughters and a son. Mrs. Coomer is the former Betty Rubel, daughter of Virgil and Betty Rubel of Cape Girardeau. Coomer is employed at Monroe Enterprises, and is the son of Bill and Jurea Coomer of Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Stepp is the former Jennifer Walker, daughter of Bill and Melissa Morgan of Cape Girardeau. She is a student at Southeast Missouri State University. Stepp is a night manager at Kidd's, and is the son of Paul and Sue Stepp of Sturdivant and Gordon and Linda McCullough of Dallas, Texas.
