Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Streiler is the former Vickie Daniels, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Daniels of Scott City. She is a donor service manager with the American Red Cross in St. Louis. Streiler is chapter manager of the American Red Cross in Granite City, Ill. He is the son of Deloris Streiler of Cape Girardeau, and the late Melvin Streiler.

Sachs

Son to Rick and Valarie Sachs, Frohna Route 1, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 4:59 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, 1994. Name, Randall Frederick. Weight, 9 pounds. Second son. Mrs. Sachs is the former Valarie Williamson, daughter of Tony and Barbara Williamson, Jackson Route 4. She is employed at Miss Shelley's Learning Center. Sachs is a logger with G&D Logging.

Mrs. Qualls is the former Chris McKelvey, daughter of Rose McKelvey of St. Charles. She is a sales manager at Drury Lodge. Qualls is a teacher and coach at Chaffee School District, and is the son of Betty Qualls of Malden.

Johnson

Johnson is a maintenance worker at St. Francis Medical Center, and is the son of Alfred Johnson of Jackson, and the late Helen Johnson.
