Mrs. Wintermantel is the former Ann Statler, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Earl G. Statler of Cape Girardeau. She is a graphic artist at Cornell University in Ithaca. Wintermantel is the son of Cathy Wintermantel of Indianola, Iowa, and the late Myron Wintermantel. He is a research pathologist at Cornell University.
