Mrs. Johnson is the former Sindy Sullivan, daughter of Deanna Sullivan of Cape Girardeau. Johnson is the son of Wanda Wallace and Ken Johnson of Piedmont. He is a professional counselor at Cottonwood Treatment Center.

Stephens is the son of Debra Tropf and Doug Stephens of Advance. He is employed at Town and Country Supermarket in Advance.
