Mrs. Buck is the former Tamara Zellars, daughter of Clarence and Portia Zellars of Charleston. She is a staff writer at the Southeast Missourian Newspaper. Buck is the son of Mintry Newbern of Cape Girardeau and the late William Newbern. He is employed at Hab Care Inc.

Fite

Twin daughter and son to Douglas Wayne and Lana Christine Fite of Creve Coeur, St. John's Mercy Medical Center, Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998. Abigail Christine was born at 2:24 p.m. and weighed 3 pounds 14 ounces. Benjamin Douglas was born at 2:25 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds 4 ounces. First children. Mrs. Fite is the former Lana Myers, daughter of Judy and Dale Dillow of McClure, Ill., and Gerald Myers of Wolf Lake, Ill. She is a first grade teacher at Parkway School District in St. Louis County. Fite is the son of Harold and Mary Fite of Carbondale, Ill. He is a police officer in St. Louis County.

O'Kelly

Mrs. O'Kelly is the former Dawn Choate, daughter of Bob and Kathy Choate of Pinckneyville, Ill., and Delilah and Donnie Nelson of Lawton, Okla. O'Kelly is the son of Jim and Martha O'Kelly of Cape Girardeau. He is an auto body worker at Cape GMC Pontiac.
