Mrs. Baylor is the former Angela Ramsey, daughter of Bill and Barbara Ramsey of Jackson. She is employed at VIP Industries. Baylor is the son of Eldon and Shirley Baylor of Jackson. He is employed at ARI Industries.

Fowler of Old Appleton and the late Rosemary Fowler. He is a firefighter in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Finnegan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene F. Finnegan of Skaneateles, N.Y. He is director of research and development for North America at M&W Packaging.
