First child. Mrs. Wolfson is the former Dorothea Israel, daughter of Thomas and Kilja Israel of Cape Girardeau. She is a teaching fellow at Johns Hopkins University. Wolfson is the son of Nicholas Wolfson of West Hartford, Conn., and the late Judith Wolfson. He is executive director of the "Public Interest" in Washington, D.C.

DeBrock

Daughter to Dr. and Mrs. Bart J. DeBrock of Vincennes, Ind., Good Samaritan Hospital, Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999. Name, Victoria Anne. Weight, 8 pounds 15 ounces. Third child, second daughter. Mrs. DeBrock is the former Laura Cozean, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Cozean of Cape Girardeau. DeBrock is the son of Bill and Betty DeBrock of Cape Girardeau. He is a urologist with Urology Specialists PC of Vincennes.

Son to Brian Keith and Laura Abagail Seyer of Altenburg, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 10:51 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 1999. Name, Austin Keith. Weight, 7 pounds 6 ounces. First child. Mrs. Seyer is the former Laura Hargraves, daughter of David Hargraves and Margaret Makins of Altenburg. She is a third grade teacher at Nell Holcomb School. Seyer is the son of Jerome and Brenda Seyer of Cape Girardeau. He is an electrical maintenance technician at Procter & Gamble.
