Eftink is the son of Bruce and Janie Raines of Kelso, Mo., and Mike and Jean Eftink of Gordonville, Mo. He is an accountant at Ernst and Young.

Second son. Ms. Seabaugh is the daughter of Ray and Pam Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Players Casino. Lynn is the son of Karen and Ted VanElls of Scott City, Mo., and Dennis Lynn of Metropolis. He is employed at Players Casino.

Bock

Son to Wayne and Joyce Bock of Oak Ridge, Mo., Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, 1:16 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 2000. Name, Connor Joseph. Weight, 8 pounds 6 ounces. Second child, first son. Mrs. Bock is the former Joyce Daume, daughter of Juanita Daume of Jackson, Mo., and the late Charles and Marie Daume of Oak Ridge. She is a third grade teacher at Oak Ridge School. Bock is the son of Adeline Bock of Oak Ridge, and the late Ernst Joseph Bock. He is a teacher at Oak Ridge High School.
