Mrs. Sebastian is the former Mary Bain, daughter of Wilma and Tom Gott of Sandoval, Ill., and Richard Bain of Centralia, Ill. She is a market manager with Kemper Insurance Companies. Sebastian is the son of Freeman and Shirley Sebastian of Jackson, Mo. He is director of human resources with RLI Insurance Co.
