He is a math teacher and basketball coach at Lindbergh High School in St. Louis.

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Thomas is the former Heather Ham, daughter of John Paul Ham and Faith Ham of Scott City. She is a certified pharmacy technician at St. Francis Medical Center. Thomas is the son of Chris Thomas and Carolyn Thomas of Cape Girardeau. He is a cell technician at Dana Corp.
