Mrs. Uelsmann is the former Alison Henry, daughter of Gene and Diane Henry of Waterloo, Ill. She is a financial analyst with Enterprise Rental Car. Uelsmann is the son of Herman Uelsmann of Cape Girardeau and Marcia Stone of Jackson. He is a physical therapist.

Steger

Daughter to Scott Andrew Steger and Penny Brooke LeGrand of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 5:37 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003. Name, Haley JoAnn. Weight, 8 pounds 1 1/2 ounces. Second daughter. Ms. LeGrand is the daughter of Lauralyn LeGrand of Marion, Ill., and Ted LeGrand of Advance, Mo. Steger is the son of James and Debby Johnson and Scott and Karen Steger, all of Cape Girardeau. He is employed at Plaza Tire Service.

Mrs. Rose is the former Renada Noel, daughter of Roger and Margaret Noel of Scott City. Rose is the son of Susan Farrow of Cape Girardeau. He is a machine operator at Arrowhead Steel.

Brady

Mrs. Brady is the former Shannon Meyer, daughter of John and Ruthann Meyer of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Southeast Hospital. Brady is the son of the late Don and Pat Brady. He is employed at Cape Starter and Alternator Service Inc.

Heuring is the son of George and Gladys Heuring of Scott City. He is a self-employed farmer.
