Mrs. Cruz is the former Miranda Houseman, daughter of Karla Houseman and Ed Houseman of Millersville. She is employed at Oak Ridge Elementary School. Cruz is the son of Kim Avalos and Rigo Avalos of Jackson. He is employed at Propak Logistics.

Koenegstein

Daughter to Kasey Eugene and Erica Renee Koenegstein of Jackson, Southeast Hospital, 4:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2015. Name, Kinley Ella-Renee. Weight, 6 pounds, 11 ounces. Second daughter. Mrs. Koenegstein is the former Erica Essner, daughter of Gerald and Maralyn Essner of Cape Girardeau and Debbie Essner of Jackson. She is a licensed cosmetologist. Koenegstein is the son of Connie Skiles of Odin, Illinois, and the late Johnny Skiles. He is a welder and crane operator with Industrial Systems.

Ms. Borum is the daughter of David Borum of Cape Girardeau and Michaela Borum of Terre Haute, Indiana. Seabaugh is the son of Glinda Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau.

Third child, first daughter. Mrs. Cohen is the former Cassie York, daughter of Dennis and Ann York of Anna, Illinois. She is a speech/language pathologist at Tri-County Special Education. Cohen is the son of Joseph and Patty Cohen of Anna. He is manager of Kel-Tech.
