Jones

Son to Frederick Christopher Jones and Shirlee Ann Wilson-Jones of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1:04 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003. Name, Elijah Lee. Weight, 7 pounds 8 ounces. Second child, first son. Ms. Wilson-Jones is the daughter of Lee and Shirley Wilson of Salt Lake City, Utah. She is an adjunct instructor at Southeast Missouri State University. Jones is the son of Fred and Pam Jones of Jackson. He is an assistant professor at Southeast University.

Daughter to Joseph Robert "J.R." and Brandi O'Neil Workman of Benton, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:25 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003. Name, Allison Grace. Weight, 7 pounds 7 ounces. Second daughter. Ms. Workman is the daughter of Kay Workman of Scott City, and the late Charles "Sonny" Workman. Brainer is the son of Norman Brainer and Fay Brainer of Benton. He is employed by AgriTrans Trucking.

Mrs. Ottmann is the former Amy Evans, daughter of Robert Evans of Cape Girardeau and Anna Marie Evans of Ashland, Wis. She is a social worker in Kansas City. Ottmann is the son of Steve and Judy Ottmann of Dorchester, Neb. He is employed by Kansas City Junior College District.

Rice

Mrs. Rice is the former Terri Swan, daughter of the late Charles E. Swan and the late Shirley J. Swan of Cape Girardeau. She is a CMT at the Lutheran Home. Rice is the son of the Rev. John A. Rice Sr. and Pat Rice of Jackson. He is employed by Southwestern Bell.
