Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Shrum is the former Jennifer Braswell, daughter of Dan Braswell of Cape Girardeau and Kathy and Billy Rodgers of Jackson. She is a fourth grade teacher in Ballard County, Ky. Shrum is the son of Jim and Dinah Shrum of Metropolis, Ill. He is employed at Paducah Water Works.
