First child. Ms. Blissett is the daughter of Delois Jackson of Cape Girardeau and Charles Blissett of Sikeston, Mo. She is employed at Thorngate Ltd. Nunley is the son of Malissa Nunley and Lorenzo Allen of Cape Girardeau.

Hamilton

Son to James L. and Salena K. Hamilton of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 6:07 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004. Name, J'Heir LaQwon. Weight, 10 pounds 15 ounces. Fourth child, second son. Mrs. Hamilton is the former Salena Davis, daughter of Lee Davis of Charleston, Mo., and the late Emma Davis. She is case manager at MERS/Goodwill. Hamilton is the son of Pauline Hamilton of Charleston, and the late Charles Hamilton. He is a machine operator at Noranda Aluminum.

Mrs. Webb is the former Rebecca Pittman, daughter of Bill and Beccie Pittman of Jackson. Webb is the son of Jerry and Judy Webb of Patton, Mo. He is a carpenter.

Shockley is the son of Francis Shockley of St. Louis.
