Mrs. Carroll is the daughter of Bob and Vera Smith of Weeki Wachee, Fla. Carroll is the son of Joe and Kay Carroll of Cape Girardeau. Jay and Wendy are majors in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Washington, D.C.

Second child, first son. Mrs. Bryant is the former Brandie Jansen, daughter of Jerry and Linda Jansen of Jackson. She is employed at River City Health Clinic in Cape Girardeau. Bryant is the son of Carl Bryant Jr. of Cape Girardeau, and the late Linda Bryant. He is employed at Kohlfeld Distributing Inc. in Jackson.

Fourth child, third son. Mrs. Swapshire is the former Datra Lucious, daughter of Quincy and Michelle Lucious of St. Louis. Swapshire is the son of Mary Swapshire of Rock Hill, Mo., and Robert Swapshire of St. Louis. He is employed at Southeast Missouri State University.
