Third child, first daughter. Ms. Koeppel is the daughter of Charleen and Larry Biester of Jackson and Alan Koeppel of Cape Girardeau. Miller is the son of Duane Renfro of Dexter, Mo., and Mary Davis of Gainesville, Fla. He is employed by C&C Construction.

Son to Nathan David and Amy Denise Collins of Jackson, Southeast Hospital, 9:38 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2013. Name, Benjamin David. Weight, 6 pounds, 6 ounces. Second child, first son. Mrs. Collins is the former Amy AuBuchon, daughter of Ronald and Mary AuBuchon of Dexter, Mo. She is a registered nurse with Systems Services. Collins is the son of Donald and Pam Collins of Dexter. He is a student in the Bethel University Physician Assistant Program.

Ms. Monroe is the daughter of Danny and Carolyn Monroe of Cape Girardeau. She is a respiratory therapist at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Martin is the son of Larry and Liz Martin and Robert and Lisa Magers of Cape Girardeau. He is an electrician with Cotner Electric.

Ms. Fritz is the daughter of Jacob Fritz of Morley and Donna Allen of Cape Girardeau. Henry is the son of William Lewis and Melinda Lewis of New Madrid, Mo. He is employed by Wal-Mart.

Mrs. Powderly is the former Megan McFerron, daughter of William and Alice McFerron of Chaffee. She is a cook at Chaffee Head Start. Powderly is the son of Joe and Debbie Dennis of Chaffee, and the late Patrick Powderly. He is a supervisor at SEMO Box.
