Weight, 7 pounds 13 ounces. Ms. O'Kelly is the daughter of William J. and Betty O'Kelly of Cape Girardeau. She is a truck driver. Brown is the son of Louis Brown of St. Petersburg, Fla., and the late Lucy Brown. He is a self-employed truck driver.

Mrs. Miller is the former Shannon Curtis, daughter of Rusty and Marilyn Curtis of Cape Girardeau. She is an occupational therapist at HealthSouth. Miller is the son of Carol Miller of Cape Girardeau. He is a machinist at TG Missouri Corp.
