Mrs. Turley is the former Alisha Liley, daughter of Mike and Carol Keen of Jackson and Mike and Laura Liley of Grassy, Mo. She is a teacher at Jackson Middle School. Turley is the son of Wayne and Karen Turley of Jackson. He is employed at Courtesy Cleaners.

Mulholland

Son to Jason D. and Carlen A. Mulholland of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 8:26 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008. Name, Waylon Joe. Weight, 8 pounds, 1 ounce. Mrs. Mulholland is the former Carlen Keller, daughter of Ron Keller of Cape Girardeau and the late Vicky Keller. She is an assistant professor at Southeast Missouri State University. Mulholland is the son of Leonard and Mary Mulholland of Coulterville, Ill. He is an athletic trainer at Select Physical Therapy.

Second child, first son. Mrs. Spinks is the former Edena Hettinger, daughter of Richard and Ladone Hettinger of Drexel, Mo. She is self-employed with Melaleuca. Spinks is the son of Phylis and Les Crump of Cape Girardeau and Gary Spinks of Scott City. He is employed at Saint Francis Medical Center.
