Mrs. Loper is the former Kelly Wheeler, daughter of Michael and Linda Wheeler of Oran. She is purchasing agent at Viking Cives Midwest in Morley, Mo. Loper is the son of Brenda Rhodes of Oran. He is a mechanic at Viking Cives.

Ms. Mirly is the daughter of Mike and Cindy Mirly of Jackson. She is employed at Little Hoppers Daycare Center. Wildhaber is the son of Robert Wildhaber of Jackson and Joanie Adey of Kansas City, Mo.

Mrs. Keller is the former Holly Morgenstern, daughter of Brad Morgenstern and Kathi Morgenstern of Tamaroa, Ill. She is an occupational therapist at Saint Francis. Keller is the son of Robert Keller and Judy Keller of Lincoln, Neb. He is a pediatrician with Cape Girardeau Physician Associates.

Voelker

Twin sons to Gregory Alan and Shonda Leigh Voelker of Chaffee, Mo., Saint Francis Medical Center, Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008. Grady Alan was born at 10:38 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds, 12 ounces. Grant Edward was born at 10:39 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces. The couple has two daughters. Mrs. Voelker is the former Shonda Lancaster, daughter of Harold and Deborah Lancaster of Delta. She is a legal secretary with Lichtenegger Law Firm. Voelker is the son of Rick Voelker and Cindy Voelker of Cape Girardeau. He is employed by S&W Cabinets.
