Mrs. Andrews is the former Jennifer Winslett, daughter of the late Joanne Ramey and the late Kenneth Winslett, both of Fredericktown, Mo. Andrews is the son of Robert Andrews of Anna, Ill., and Rosemary Andrews of Cape Girardeau. He is employed by Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway.

Daughter to Roger William and Betsy Anne VanGennip of Zalma, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 10:18 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2002. Name, Tracie Jean. Weight, 8 pounds 10 ounces. Fourth daughter. Mrs. VanGennip is the former Betsy Hovis, daughter of Robert and Opal Hovis of Zalma. She is employed at Bollinger County Health Center. VanGennip is the son of Larry P. and Ann VanGennip of Advance, Mo. He is self-employed.

First child. Ms. Twiggs is the daughter of Vincent and Lilly Twiggs of Cape Girardeau. Wiseman is the son of Dorothy and John Lawrence of Holly Springs, Miss., and Victor Idom of Cape Girardeau.
