Second child, first daughter. Ms. Meyer is the daughter of Ken Boyd and Madonna Boyd of Las Cruces, N.M. Sides is the son of Sylvia Sides of Cape Girardeau.

Drum

Son to Darren and Jaime Drum of Millersville, Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, 7:07 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2003. Name, Cayden Mitchell. Weight, 5 pounds 5 ounces. Third child, second son. Mrs. Drum is the former Jaime McDowell, daughter of Tony and Cheryl Davis of Marquand, Mo. She is a hairdresser at First Impressions Styling Salon in Cape Girardeau. Drum is the son of Ronald and June Drum of Millersville. He is employed by Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway.

Hess

Twin sons to Craig Steven and Nicole Marie Hess of Oran, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, Sunday, Sept. 28, 2003. Zachary Steven was born at 6:10 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces. Nicholas Alexander was born at 6:11 a.m. and weighed 5 pounds 8 ounces. The couple also has a daughter. Mrs. Hess is the former Nicole Anderson, daughter of Sharon Anderson of Cape Girardeau. Hess is the son of LeeRoy and Barbara Hess. He is employed by Specialized Office Services.

Ms. Childers is the daughter of Terry Childers and Bobbie Childers of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Concord Publishing. Monroe is the son of Danny Monroe and Carolyn Monroe of Cape Girardeau. He is employed by Monroe Heating and Plumbing.

He is warehouse manager at Cape Janitor Supply.
